Glad you asked! It's simple really - moving forward, We are no longer an organization of elite sorcerers attempting to solve world-ending crises. Our ranks are now open to all classes and our focus is now on adding color and fullness to the world we inhabit, starting from the ground up in the communities we live and work and play in every day.
Which is really just a way of saying we're opening the doors to allow much more diversity in the type of RP we choose and removing the rather limiting structure of making it fit under some banner of high-minded magery out to save the world.
The broader concept of grass-roots community building applies both IC and OOC and (hopefully) gives everyone the flexibility to fit their stories under the guild's umbrella with little to no "forcing it into the box".
That is to say, by simply doing things and roleplaying you are fitting in with the guild's theme.
